Sunday Group Rides

Tuesday & Thursday Shop Rides

New Fit Bike! The Guru Dynamic Fit Unit

Bicycle Fitting is our Passion, our Science, and our Art!

We happen to have the first Dynamic Fit Unit by GURU. This machine was unveiled at the 2010 San Diego Triathlon Classic and is truly a remarkable way to find your optimal bike fit. It allows us to change your position with infinite possibilities within your body range, while you are pedaling the bike. We track power output, cadence, and leg discrepancies with the Spin Scan technology.  We measure knee, hip, and shoulder angles. We change seat tube angles, cockpit and drop distances, and can vary everything down to the length of your cranks!
